Business & Human Rights Due Diligence

We work with companies from local businesses to complex multinational supply chains to develop strategic corporate responsible business approaches throughout the value chain. We prioritize strategic, risk-based approaches with a focus on inclusive and sustainable social responsibility and due diligence.

  • We partner with businesses and key decision makers to develop and implement strategies to align with international due diligence, labor, and human rights standards

  • We work with companies to develop governance, policy, and decision-making structures to support human rights and to credibly integrate human rights due diligence into business operations.

  • We work with partners to develop or strengthen and implement labor and human rights policies across operations and the value chain to align with legal and international standards and stakeholder expectations and to increase impact for identifying, mitigating, and remediating adverse human rights impacts.

  • We work with you to develop a risk based approach to identifying and addressing human rights risks

  • We develop and host trainings to build employee and supplier capacity to understand and protect labor and human rights, in line with company values and international standards

  • We serve as a liaison and third party to connect businesses to labor and civil society stakeholders, to build stakeholder engagement strategies, and to coordinate between businesses and labor and civil society organizations to identify, mitigate, and remediate adverse human rights impacts.

  • We work with businesses to build programs to mitigate and remediate adverse human rights impacts and connect businesses with relevant stakeholders to design and implement credible and inclusive human rights programs

  • We review ESG reporting for credibility, work with companies to strengthen ESG reporting scores, and provide training to staff to understand human rights reporting requirements

  • We serve as labor and human rights subject matter experts to help understand and develop solutions, in line with international standards and government regulations.

  • We have forced labor experts with direct U.S. Government trade and regulatory experience able to design strategies to identify, prevent, and remediate forced labor in accordance with U.S. forced labor legislative requirements.

Supporting Labor and Civil Society Organizations

We work with labor and civil society organizations to strengthen approaches and secure funding to address labor and human rights abuses globally.

  • We partner with labor and civil society organizations through proposal development and project design to secure grants and develop partnerships with government agencies, foundations, international organizations, and industry with the aim of supporting the advancement of inclusive and sustainable labor and human rights throughout industry value chains.

  • We develop and provide training to build the capacity of employees and key personnel to understand international labor and human rights standards and to develop and implement programs in alignment with international standards

  • We work with partners to ensure policy positions, submissions, and proposals will meet government requirements and are positioned in a way that can be heard and actioned.

  • We work as a third party between labor and civil society organizations and industry to develop and support action to support, mitigate, or remediate known or potential adverse human rights impacts.
