Government, Labor, and Civil Society Services
-
We partner with labor and civil society organizations through proposal development and project design to secure grants and develop partnerships with government agencies, foundations, international organizations, and industry with the aim of supporting the advancement of inclusive and sustainable labor and human rights throughout industry value chains.
-
We develop and provide training to build the capacity of employees and key personnel to understand international labor and human rights standards and to develop and implement programs in alignment with international standards
-
We work with partners to ensure policy positions, submissions, and proposals will meet government requirements and are positioned in a way that can be heard and actioned.
-
We work as a third party between labor and civil society organizations and industry to develop and support action to support, mitigate, or remediate known or potential adverse human rights impacts.
-
We conduct research and evaluations, including needs assessments, pilot and scoping studies, and performance evaluations. With extensive experience in single and multi-site evaluations, we have conducted studies and evaluation for civil society and government programs, including USAID and USDOL programs. Data collection methodologies include quantitative and qualitative methods, depending on the needs of the client.
We work with labor and civil society organizations to strengthen approaches and secure funding to address labor and human rights abuses globally. Work prioritized a focus on supporting vulnerable populations at the country, regional, and sectoral levels.
